About K Cha Sarkar?
Nepal has no shortage of government announcements. It has a shortage of honest feedback.
K Cha Sarkar? is a public scorecard. Citizens rate six things that affect daily life. The scores are live, weighted, and visible to anyone.
What it is
A public, citizen-powered report card for Nepal. People rate their own area on six things that affect daily life: roads, government service, bribery, traffic, safety, and hope. Every rating contributes to a live, trust-weighted area score.
What gets rated
What it is not
Three things this will never be.
Not a verified news source. All data is citizen-reported.
Not a political platform. No endorsements, no parties, no ads.
Not a replacement for journalism, audits, or official statistics.
How bribery reports work
Important
Reports of bribery are shown as citizen-reported concerns, not verified fact. They are grouped to show patterns, not to accuse any individual or office.
What bribe reports do
Show patterns at office and ward level. If 40% of visitors to one office report bribe requests, that pattern becomes visible.
What they do not do
Name individuals or accuse any specific person. The score reflects pattern, not verdict.
